I'm Jennifer Herrera, a Spiritual Psychology mentor, performance coach, and inner mastery architect dedicated to guiding remarkable women like you to illuminate your whole self and align with your soul's true calling.

As a mixed-race Latina, I've faced numerous experiences that could have obstructed my path. Whether it was feeling like an outsider, hitting roadblocks in corporate culture, or grieving dreams of motherhood. Yet, each experience has taught me the power of rising above, reclaiming self-trust, and wholeheartedly inhabiting our brilliance. Pursuing an M.A. in Spiritual Psychology equipped me with the tools and insight to not only transform my own life but also to guide others on their paths to inner mastery. These experiences and education deeply inform my compassionate and intuitive approach to coaching and mentoring.

Throughout my diverse career, I've honed my skills as a certified organizational development professional, communications and conflict resolution trainer, and inclusive conversations facilitator. But my true north lies in empowering women to uncover their authentic blueprint and embody their true potential.

When I'm not guiding transformative journeys, you can find me practicing yoga, spending time in nature, or watching comedy specials on Netflix! I believe that the path to inner mastery is paved with equal parts compassion, courage, and a sprinkle of humor.
